Key Responsibilities

• Scan, digitize, and upload documents to Google Workspace (Gsuite).

• Process fresh customer applications accurately and efficiently.

• Handle renewal requests and ensure timely processing.

• Accept and process maturity and foreclosure applications.

• Update and maintain all operational registers and records.

• Deposit cash and cheques into designated bank accounts as per guidelines.

• Maintain proper documentation and ensure record accuracy.

• Coordinate meetings and support the arrangement of branch events and activities.
