Role & Responsibilities 

• Develop and oversee athlete support strategies aligned with organizational and Olympic performance objectives.
• Manage relationships with athletes, coaches, sports federations, government bodies, and key stakeholders.
• Lead athlete performance monitoring, funding allocation, and support-service coordination.
• Supervise athlete management staff and ensure efficient execution of athlete support programs.
• Analyze athlete performance data and prepare strategic reports for senior management and donors.
• Identify athlete needs and coordinate sports science, medical, nutrition, psychology, and recovery support services.
