Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct structured archery training sessions for students of different age groups and skill levels.
• Teach proper shooting techniques, stance, posture, aiming, and safety protocols.
• Identify and develop talented archers for school, district, state, and national-level competitions.
• Monitor athlete progress and prepare individualized training plans to improve performance.
• Ensure the safe handling, maintenance, and storage of bows, arrows, targets, and other equipment.
• Organize practice schedules, trials, and participation in tournaments and archery events.
• Promote discipline, concentration, sportsmanship, and mental preparedness among student athletes.
