Role Overview : We are seeking a dedicated After-Sales Executive to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth post-purchase support. The role involves handling service requests, resolving product-related issues, and maintaining strong client relationships to enhance trust and drive repeat business.

• Knowledge of CRM tools and customer support systems.
• Technical understanding of lighting products preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple cases under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Address customer queries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
• Coordinate with technical/service teams for product repairs, replacements, or installations.
• Ensure timely delivery of spare parts and service solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after issue resolution.
• Prepare reports on after-sales performance and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to improve offerings based on customer insights.
