Key Responsibilities

• Manage all post-sales activities related to chemical sales.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and transporters to ensure timely order dispatch and delivery.
• Handle queries from transporters and clients, providing prompt and effective resolutions.
• Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) using Spectrum software.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure smooth order execution.
• Respond to customer inquiries and maintain communication through email.
