Key Responsibilities:​​​​​​​

• Ensure smooth day-to-day cinema operations, maintaining cleanliness, operational readiness, and service standards across assigned areas.

• Verify that all POS systems, equipment, and facilities are functional and operational at all times.

• Conduct pre-opening auditorium inspections and ensure timely opening of screens.

• Ensure marketing collaterals, displays, and promotional materials are properly maintained and displayed.

• Monitor compliance with operational processes, audit requirements, and statutory regulations.

• Brief team members on new movie releases, promotional campaigns, and operational updates, while tracking their effectiveness.

• Maintain high standards of staff grooming, hygiene, and customer service.

• Support Front-End Staff (ESP) in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

• Manage inventory using FIFO practices, particularly for perishable concession products.
