Job Summary : We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Customer Support Executive (Voice Process) to guide and support prospective students through the enrollment process. The role involves counseling students, understanding their academic needs, and helping them select the right course while ensuring smooth coordination with the internal admissions team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel prospective students.
  • Understand student profiles and recommend suitable academic programs.
  • Convert leads into admissions through persuasive communication and timely follow-ups.
  • Provide accurate information on courses, fees, eligibility, and admission procedures.
  • Maintain and update student records in CRM tools.
  • Guide students through documentation, application tracking, and fee submission.
  •  Coordinate with the internal admissions/operations team for smooth processing.
  •  Maintain complete knowledge of programs, admission criteria, deadlines, and scholarships.
