Job Summary : We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Data Analyst to manage payroll and stipend-related data for multiple clients. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with client stakeholders, updating records in the Learning & Payroll Management System (LPMS), processing monthly stipend data, and generating bank payment sheets for disbursement by the Accounts team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with client stakeholders to collect monthly payroll/stipend data.
• Verify, clean, and validate employee and beneficiary records before processing.
• Upload monthly stipend and payroll data into the LPMS platform.
• Generate bank transfer sheets and payment reports for the Accounts team.
• Ensure accuracy of beneficiary details, bank information, and payment amounts.
• Track and resolve discrepancies related to payroll and stipend processing.
• Maintain MIS reports and dashboards related to payroll operations.
• Monitor timelines and ensure all monthly activities are completed within deadlines.
• Support audit requirements by maintaining proper documentation and records.
• Prepare periodic reports for management and clients.
