Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily hub operations, including inbound and outbound shipment processing.
• Monitor parcel sorting, scanning, loading, and dispatch activities.
• Coordinate with delivery executives, warehouse staff, and transport teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Track shipment movement and resolve operational issues to meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
• Handle customer escalations and support timely delivery performance.
• Monitor manpower utilization and support workforce planning within the hub.
• Ensure proper handling of cash-on-delivery (COD) collections and shipment documentation.
• Assist in achieving operational targets related to productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time.
