Job Summary :

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Founder & CEO. The role involves managing professional schedules and selected personal engagements, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and acting as a trusted support partner.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s professional and personal schedules, including calendars, appointments, meetings,
  • emails, calls, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate and manage selected personal activities of the CEO as required.
  •  Schedule, organize, and prepare agendas for meetings; ensure effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Plan and manage end-to-end travel logistics for the CEO and employees, including flight, train, bus
  • bookings, accommodation, local transportation, and meals.
  • Handle travel bookings and coordination for employees traveling across locations.
  • Track daily expenses and prepare periodic expense reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
  • Draft, format, and manage internal and external communications such as emails, memos,
  • presentations, and reports.
  • Attend meetings and accurately record minutes and action items.
  •  Organize, maintain, and manage office files, records, and documentation (physical and digital).
  •  Provide general administrative and office support to ensure efficient operations.
  • Handle sensitive information with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
