About the Role :  Machaxi is looking for energetic and result-oriented sales callers who can convert enquiries into swimming memberships. The role involves speaking with potential customers, booking trial sessions, following up consistently, and converting leads into long-term memberships.

Key Responsibilities
   - Call interested customers who have shown interest in Machaxi swimming programs
   - ⁠Explain swimming membership plans and batch details clearly
   - ⁠Book trial sessions and ensure high show-up rates
   - ⁠Follow up consistently with leads via calls and WhatsApp
   - ⁠Convert trials into paid memberships
    - ⁠Maintain lead status and updates in CRM or Google Sheets
    - ⁠Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
    - ⁠Coordinate with center managers and coaches when required

Requirements
   - Strong communication skills in English and Hindi/Kannada
   - ⁠Comfortable with sales targets and daily calling
   - ⁠Energetic, persuasive, and confident personality
   - ⁠Prior experience in telecalling, sales, counselling, or customer handling preferred
   - ⁠Ability to handle objections professionally
   - ⁠Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/CRM tools is a plus
   - ⁠Weekend availability preferred
