📌 Position: Swimming Lifeguard

✅ Requirements: NSQF Lifeguard certification and swimming experience will be preferred 🛟🏅

Duties -

• Conduct swimming lessons for students of different skill levels, from beginners to advanced swimmers.
• Teach swimming techniques, strokes, breathing methods, water safety, and rescue skills.
• Develop and implement structured training programs for recreational and competitive swimmers.
• Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing pool rules and maintaining constant supervision.
• Monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Organize and conduct swimming assessments, trials, and skill evaluations.
• Prepare university swimming teams for inter-university, state, and national competitions.
• Assist in planning and managing swimming events, competitions, and aquatic activities.
• Perform basic lifesaving and first-aid procedures in case of emergencies.
• Inspect swimming pool facilities and equipment regularly, reporting maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain attendance records, training schedules, and performance reports of students.
• Promote fitness, discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship among students.
• Coordinate with the sports department regarding training schedules, competitions, and athlete development programs.
• Educate students on injury prevention, recovery practices, and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Ensure compliance with university policies, aquatic safety standards, and governing body regulations.
