Bihar State Sports Authority recruitment looks  for the sports science and high-performance ecosystem in India.

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of sports development and high-performance programs at the Centre.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for the smooth functioning of the Khelo India State Centre of Excellence (KISCE).
  • Coordinate with athletes, coaches, sports science experts, and support staff regarding training schedules, events, and program activities.
  • Assist in maintaining athlete databases, performance records, attendance records, and other program-related documentation.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, proposals, meeting minutes, and official correspondence.
  • Monitor the progress of ongoing projects and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and deliverables.
  • Assist in organizing training camps, workshops, competitions, seminars, and other sports-related events.
  • Coordinate with government departments, sports federations, educational institutions, and other stakeholders as required.
  • Collect, compile, and analyze data related to athlete performance, participation, and program outcomes.
  • Support the implementation of Khelo India and State Sports Authority initiatives and schemes.
  • Assist in procurement, inventory management, and logistics related to sports equipment and operational requirements.
  • Ensure proper record keeping and compliance with organizational policies, guidelines, and reporting requirements.
  • Handle communication and follow-up with athletes, coaches, vendors, and external agencies.
  • Support budgeting, financial documentation, and utilization reporting as per organizational procedures.
  • Conduct field visits and assist in monitoring and evaluation activities when required.
  • Assist senior officials in research, policy analysis, project management, and strategic planning activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of official records, athlete information, and organizational data.
  • Prepare periodic progress reports and submit updates to management and relevant authorities.
  • Stay updated on government sports policies, schemes, and best practices in sports administration.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the management to support the effective functioning of the high-performance ecosystem and sports development initiatives.
