Candidate Eligibility

Compensation & Benefits

• Transport Charges: ₹500 per month

• Accommodation Charges: ₹1,000 per month

• Food Charges: ₹350 per month

• Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT): ₹1,500 per month (subject to attendance)
  
   

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machines as per company standards.
• Load raw materials into machines and ensure smooth operation.
• Perform basic machine setup and adjustments under supervision.
• Check product quality during and after production.
• Maintain production records and reports.
• Follow safety rules and workplace guidelines.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Inform supervisors about machine issues or breakdowns.
