Key Responsibilities

• Execute installation and preventive maintenance services as per the defined schedule.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure optimal equipment performance.

• Maintain accurate service reports, documentation, and inventory records.

• Coordinate with the finance team for payment collection, credit control, and account reconciliation.

• Demonstrate products and promote accessories, spare parts, and assurance/service contracts to customers.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and professional support.

• Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and service quality guidelines.

• Travel regularly to customer sites and provide on-site technical assistance as required.
