Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and related surveillance equipment.

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems at customer locations.

• Troubleshoot camera, cabling, power supply, and network connectivity issues.

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections to ensure system reliability.

• Replace faulty components and verify proper system functionality after repairs.

• Provide on-site technical support and coordinate effectively with customers.

• Prepare and maintain accurate service reports and documentation after each service visit.

• Ensure timely closure of service calls while maintaining high service quality standards.

• Adhere to company safety procedures and technical guidelines.
