Key Responsibilities 

• Handle web, telephonic, and walk-in enquiries; understand customer requirements and schedule showroom visits or test rides.

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through product demonstrations, test rides, and effective sales consultations.

• Achieve monthly vehicle sales, finance, insurance, apparel, and accessories targets.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update DMS data in real time.

• Coordinate with finance, insurance, logistics, and delivery teams for seamless vehicle booking and delivery.

• Manage the complete sales cycle, from enquiry generation to vehicle delivery and post-sales follow-up.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Promote Royal Enfield brand values and communicate product features effectively.
