Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and responsible Machine Operator to operate and monitor production machinery used in the manufacturing of solar mounting structures. The candidate will ensure efficient production, maintain quality standards, and follow all safety procedures.
 

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of operating roll forming, punching, press, or CNC machines is preferred.
• Ability to read production drawings and work instructions.
• Basic understanding of measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers and Measuring Tape.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate roll forming, punching, cutting, bending, and other production machines.
• Set up machines according to production requirements and specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments.
• Perform routine inspections to ensure product quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Load raw materials and unload finished products safely.
• Maintain production records and report daily output.
• Identify and report machine malfunctions or maintenance requirements.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area (5S standards).
• Coordinate with production supervisors and quality teams to achieve production targets.
