Key Responsibilities

• Perform AC installation, uninstallation, gas filling, servicing, and basic refrigeration maintenance.

• Handle field service assignments as well as warehouse-related activities as required.

• Use power tools and service equipment safely and efficiently.

• Diagnose and resolve basic AC and refrigeration issues.

• Update service status and job details using mobile applications.

• Travel to customer locations for installation and service support.

• Follow safety guidelines and maintain service quality standards.

• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
