Job Summary : The ATM Cash Loading Executive is responsible for loading cash into ATMs, replenishing cash as required, ensuring ATM functionality, and following all cash handling and security procedures. The role requires working in coordination with the cash processing team and adhering to strict operational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and replenish cash in ATMs as per the assigned schedule.
• Ensure accurate cash loading and balancing during every transaction.
• Monitor ATM cash levels and report any shortages or discrepancies.
• Perform first-level checks for ATM functionality and report technical issues.
• Follow all cash handling, security, and company SOPs.
• Maintain proper documentation of cash loading activities.
• Coordinate with the cash processing center and supervisors.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned ATM routes.
• Handle emergency cash replenishments when required.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with RBI and company security guidelines.
