Job Summary : We are hiring Cash Collection Executives for a part-time field role. The selected candidate will be responsible for collecting cash from assigned retail merchants and depositing the collected amount into the designated bank. Candidates should be reliable, responsible, and comfortable with field-based work.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers at assigned locations to collect outstanding payments as per company guidelines.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers while ensuring a positive collection experience.
• Explain payment dues, repayment options, and resolve customer queries related to outstanding accounts.
• Issue payment receipts and maintain accurate records of collections and customer interactions.
• Update collection status, customer feedback, and visit reports in the company's system or mobile application.
• Follow up with customers through calls and field visits to ensure timely payment recovery.
• Escalate unresolved or disputed cases to the reporting manager for further action.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and ethical collection practices.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues affecting collections.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.
