  • Verify order details before dispatch and ensure accurate deliveries.

  • Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules efficiently.

  • Maintain professional behavior and provide excellent customer service.

  • Handle cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and maintain transaction records, if applicable.

  • Ensure the safety and proper handling of products during transportation.

  • Update delivery status and report any issues to the supervisor.
