Key Responsibilities (GRC/IRM)

Configure and customize ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, BCM, TPRM, and CCM.
Develop and customize IRM Workspaces, portals, forms, dashboards, and reports.
Build and maintain client-side and server-side scripts including Business Rules, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
