Manager – Product Management & Marketing

Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:

  • Develop & maintain a product development roadmap for LV Switchboard to ensure to meet set

targets of OI & GM

  • Drive & Co-ordinate with R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing and other various functions to meet

targets set as per Product Roadmap & Cost optimization drives.

  • Act as technical SME for LV Offerings and support front end team in optimizing offers &

solutions; Job Role Demands understanding of Low Voltage Switchboard, Customer,

Competitors, Strength, Opportunities and Create Product Battlecard.

  • Provide technical presentation/webinar to prospective clients; Gather VOC and build/update

product roadmap based on these.

  • Ensure Agility, Safety, Sustainability & Reliability in offering of the LV Equipment and Solutions.

Drive innovation in offerings & solutions.

Key Competencies:

requirements.

Education & Background:

  • B.E. – Electrical
  • Any marketing / management degree (will be added advantage)
