Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and optimize electrical design calculations and technical drawings.

• Design and develop products in accordance with customer specifications and applicable standards (IEC 61869, IS 16227, etc.).

• Optimize product designs for performance, manufacturability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement design improvements to resolve technical issues.

• Collaborate with production, quality, testing, and R&D teams for prototype development and product validation.

• Ensure all engineering documentation, technical reports, and design records are accurate and up to date.

• Lead and coordinate technical activities while supporting team development and cross-functional collaboration.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in product design, quality, and engineering processes.
