• Candidates who have completed training in Optical Fiber Technology (OFT) or have experience in Fiber Splicing.

• Freshers with relevant training are encouraged to apply.

• Experienced candidates with fiber splicing knowledge will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform optical fiber cable splicing, termination, and testing as per project requirements.

• Install, maintain, and repair fiber optic cables, closures, joint boxes, and distribution frames.

• Conduct OTDR testing, power meter testing, and fault localization on fiber optic networks.

• Troubleshoot fiber cable faults, signal losses, and connectivity issues.

• Maintain accurate records of splicing activities, test reports, and maintenance documentation.

• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of splicing machines, testing equipment, and tools.

• Follow all safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures during field operations.
