Key Responsibilities

1. Basic knowledge of tools, machinery, and electrical/hydraulic systems.
2. Attend machine breakdowns and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
3. Perform preventive maintenance (PM) activities as per maintenance schedule.
4. Read and understand manufacturer manuals for troubleshooting and repairs.
5. Conduct machine inspections with proper documentation.
6. Repair or replace faulty components such as motors, sensors, belts, bearings, etc.
7. Ensure machines operate within safety and quality standards.
8. Maintain accurate maintenance and breakdown logs.
9. Update preventive maintenance checklists and records regularly.
10. Support continuous improvement and machine efficiency activities.
11. Follow all safety guidelines and company policies on the shopfloor.
