Job Summary :

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls and provide timely support regarding payment-related queries.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status.

  • Contact customers to discuss overdue accounts and negotiate suitable repayment plans.

  • Explain payment terms, dues, and financial obligations clearly and professionally.

  • Achieve Daily Recovery Resolution (DRR) and other performance targets.

  • Follow company policies, compliance standards, and data confidentiality guidelines.

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to facilitate successful collections.
