Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounting records, vouchers, and financial transactions.

• Prepare and process invoices, purchase entries, payment vouchers, and receipts.

• Support bank reconciliations, ledger maintenance, and account verification.

• Maintain accurate records of bills, invoices, and other financial documents.

• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation as required.

• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments for payment and account-related queries.

• Generate basic financial reports, update records in Tally/ERP, and support the Accounts team in daily operations.
