Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Service Coordinator to manage service operations, coordinate field service engineers, and ensure timely support for customer service requests. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and log customer service requests through phone, email, or other communication channels.
• Schedule and assign service engineers/technicians for preventive maintenance and breakdown calls.
• Coordinate with customers regarding service schedules and updates.
• Monitor the progress of service jobs and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare and maintain service reports, job cards, and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with the spare parts and stores team to ensure parts availability.
• Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM systems and update service databases.
• Support the service team in achieving operational targets and maintaining service quality.
