Key Responsibilities

• Guard assigned premises and maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
• Verify visitor identity and maintain visitor records.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises.
• Monitor CCTV systems and report suspicious activities.
• Prevent theft, trespassing, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, fire incidents, and medical situations.
• Report incidents, accidents, and unusual activities to the supervisor.
• Maintain daily occurrence register (DOR) and security logs.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and client instructions.
• Assist visitors and provide courteous customer service.
• Coordinate with police, fire services, or emergency responders when required.
• Support evacuation procedures during emergencies.
• Maintain discipline, grooming, and professional conduct at all times.

Required Skills

• Good observation and vigilance.
• Basic communication skills in local language; Hindi/English preferred.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• Basic report writing and record maintenance.
• Customer service orientation.
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly.
• Teamwork and discipline.

Eligibility Criteria

• Age: 21–50 years.
• Experience in security services is an added advantage.
• Ex-servicemen and retired police personnel are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates should be physically fit and willing to work in shifts.
