Key Responsibilities

  • Hub Pickup: Report to the assigned local Flipkart hub early in the morning to scan, sort, and load packages assigned to your specific route.
  • Doorstep Delivery: Navigate local sectors to deliver shipments safely and collect customer signatures through the app.
  • COD Management: Safely handle and submit Cash-on-Delivery payments to the hub manager at the end of the shift.
  • Returns Handling: Collect return packages from customers and check their condition before taking them back to the hub.
