Salary & Benefits

• Attendance Award: ₹3,000 every quarter (March, June, September & December)
• Retention Bonus: ₹6,000 after successful completion of the apprenticeship
   

Key Responsibilities:

Production Department:

• Assist in production activities as per SOPs
• Support machine operation and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain quality standards and production targets
• Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene guidelines
• Keep records of daily production tasks

Warehouse Department:

• Support material handling, loading, and unloading
• Maintain inventory records and stock organization
• Assist in receiving and dispatch processes
• Ensure proper storage and housekeeping
• Follow safety norms within the warehouse

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
• Basic discipline and commitment towards work
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team

Training & Development:

• Hands-on training in production and warehouse operations
• Exposure to industry practices and SOPs
• Opportunity to gain practical work experience
