Working Details:

• Working Hours: 9 hours per day
• Shift: Rotational shifts

Compensation & Benefits:

• Attendance Award: ₹3,000 per quarter
  • Paid in March, June, September, and December
• One Time Payment Incentive: ₹6,000 retention bonus
  • Paid after successful completion of apprenticeship training

Key Responsibilities:

Production Department:

• Assist in production activities as per SOPs
• Support machine operation and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain quality standards and production targets
• Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene guidelines
• Keep records of daily production tasks

Warehouse Department:

• Support material handling
• Maintain inventory records and stock organization
• Assist in receiving and dispatch processes
• Ensure proper storage and housekeeping
• Follow safety norms within the warehouse
