Key Responsibilities

• Set up CNC machines using the appropriate tools, fixtures, and programs.
• Operate CNC machines for boring, drilling, turning, and other machining operations.
• Monitor machining processes and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.
• Align and securely position workpieces before machining operations.
• Perform routine machine inspections and report any operational issues.
• Follow production schedules while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Ensure proper handling of tools, measuring instruments, and raw materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow 5S and workplace safety practices.
