The Sports Authority of Goa (SAG) invites applications for the positions of Coach in Table Tennis Coach at the Khelo India State Centre of Excellence (KISCE), Peddem, Goa. Key Responsibilities 

• Plan and conduct structured table tennis training sessions for athletes at various skill and performance levels.
• Develop and implement annual, monthly, and weekly training plans focusing on technical, tactical, physical, and mental aspects of the sport.
• Identify, nurture, and monitor talented players for participation in state, national, and international competitions.
• Assess athlete performance regularly and maintain detailed training, fitness, and competition records.
• Analyze match performances and provide individualized feedback to improve playing techniques and strategies.
• Coordinate with sports science, strength & conditioning, physiotherapy, and nutrition experts to support athlete development.
• Organize and supervise practice matches, training camps, and competition preparation activities.
• Ensure discipline, safety, and adherence to established coaching and safeguarding standards.
• Assist in talent identification programmes, selection trials, and grassroots table tennis development initiatives.
• Accompany athletes to tournaments, training camps, and exposure visits as required.
• Maintain table tennis equipment, training facilities, and inventory in proper condition.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports on athlete progress, competition outcomes, and training activities.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance training environment aligned with the objectives of the Khelo India programme.
