Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all warehouse operations during the assigned shift.
• Allocate work to warehouse associates and monitor daily productivity.
• Ensure timely inward, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of materials.
• Monitor inventory movement and maintain stock accuracy.
• Ensure proper use of warehouse equipment and adherence to safety procedures.
• Coordinate with the operations, transport, and inventory teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare daily shift reports, attendance, and productivity reports.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns to the warehouse manager.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Train and guide warehouse staff to achieve operational targets and quality standards.
