Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure smooth material movement.
• Monitor inward, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and update stock records.
• Prepare shipment documents, delivery challans, and logistics reports.
• Coordinate with transporters, warehouse staff, and customers for timely deliveries.
• Track inbound and outbound shipments and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform data entry and maintain logistics records in ERP/Excel.
• Support inventory audits and cycle count activities.
• Assist the warehouse supervisor in achieving daily operational targets.
