Key Responsibilities

• Product Repair: Repair and maintain products to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Self Service Centre Audit: Conduct audits as per SQA audit format to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Data Entry: Accurately enter data on CAF, including spares stock code, defect code, and supplier codes.
• Product Quality Feedback: Provide product quality feedback through TCTP (PQF) to ensure continuous improvement.
• Service Centre Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized Service Centre, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Tool and Equipment Maintenance: Maintain, repair, and replace tools and equipment as needed to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Support to Retail Team: Provide technical support and assistance to the retail team as needed.
• Service Attribute Focus: Focus on delivering exceptional service attributes, including customer satisfaction, quality, and timeliness.
