Key Responsibilities:

• File Shipping Bills for export shipments through the ICEGATE Portal.
• File Bills of Entry for import shipments through the ICEGATE Portal.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain customs clearance and EXIM-related documentation.
• Assist in customs examination, assessment, and clearance procedures.
• Coordinate with customs officials, port authorities, CFS/ICD teams, transporters, and other stakeholders as required.
• Handle fieldwork related to import and export customs clearance activities.
• Follow up on pending documentation, assessments, examinations, and shipment clearance status.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of customs documents.
• Maintain proper records of import/export documents and clearance activities.
• Support the team in resolving documentation discrepancies and clearance-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with customs procedures and organizational requirements.
