Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Sales Team to understand customer requirements and shipment enquiries.
• Communicate with customers regarding freight rates, quotations, bookings, and shipment requirements.
• Coordinate with shipping lines and airlines to obtain competitive freight pricing and service details.
• Prepare and share client quotations based on rates received from shipping lines, airlines, and internal teams.
• Follow up with clients on submitted quotations and pending enquiries.
• Coordinate with shipping lines for ocean freight bookings.
• Coordinate with airlines for air freight bookings.
• Follow up with shipping lines and airlines for booking confirmations, schedules, space availability, and shipment updates.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and provide timely updates on booking and shipment status.
• Coordinate with internal Sales, Operations, Documentation, and Pricing Teams for smooth execution of shipments.
• Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and booking details.
• Support the team in resolving customer queries and shipment-related issues.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers, shipping lines, airlines, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure timely response to customer enquiries and maintain high service standards.
