Preferred Candidate Profile

• Age: 21–35 years (or as per company policy)

• Height: Male – Minimum 5'5" | Female – Minimum 5'3"

• Physically fit and medically sound.

• Willing to work 12-hour rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
   

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of customers, employees, tenants, and mall property by preventing unauthorized access and security breaches.

• Conduct regular patrols of the mall premises, including indoor and outdoor areas, to identify and address potential security risks.

• Monitor, report, and respond promptly to suspicious activities, incidents, theft, shoplifting, vandalism, and other security concerns.

• Coordinate with the Control Room and Security Supervisor to ensure timely incident reporting and effective emergency response.

• Assist in handling emergencies, including fire incidents, medical situations, evacuations, and other crisis management activities.

• Provide courteous customer assistance by offering directions, information, and support to visitors, including senior citizens and differently-abled individuals.

• Identify unsafe conditions, fire hazards, or damaged safety equipment, and report them immediately to the concerned department.

• Maintain a professional, disciplined, and customer-focused approach while ensuring compliance with all security, safety, and organizational policies.
