  • Manage and monitor customer shipments, including export and import operations
  • Maintain strong working relationships with customers and carriers to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Ensure strict adherence to documentation procedures
  • Promptly address and resolve issues raised by customers and carriers
  • Provide shipment quotations and coordinate shipment setups as per customer requirements
  • Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities across work tasks and logistics software
  • Prepare and maintain Daily Status Reports
