Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in MS Excel, company systems, and internal databases.
• Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Use Pivot Tables to summarize, analyze, and present large datasets effectively.
• Apply VLOOKUP and other lookup functions for data matching, verification, and consolidation.
• Use various Excel formulas and functions for calculations, data validation, and report preparation.
• Verify entered data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Maintain proper records of warehouse, inventory, inbound, outbound, or operational data as required.
• Prepare MIS reports and share accurate information with supervisors and management.
• Identify and correct data discrepancies and duplicate entries.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to collect and update required information.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of company and customer data.
• Organize and maintain digital files, spreadsheets, and documentation systematically.
• Complete assigned data entry and reporting tasks within specified timelines.
