Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor customer delivery activities to ensure timely and smooth execution.
• Perform fieldwork across the Sangareddy location as per operational and customer requirements.
• Interact with customers and support effective communication regarding delivery-related activities.
• Utilize marketing field experience to manage customer interactions and field-level coordination.
• Coordinate with internal operations, warehouse, transport, and delivery teams for effective service execution.
• Maintain accurate customer, delivery, and field activity records in MS Excel.
• Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Use Pivot Tables for summarizing and analyzing delivery and customer-related data.
• Apply VLOOKUP for data matching, verification, and consolidation.
• Use Excel formulas and functions for calculations, tracking, and report preparation.
• Follow up on pending deliveries, customer requirements, and field-level issues.
• Identify delivery discrepancies and coordinate with concerned teams for timely resolution.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure data accuracy.
• Provide regular updates on field activities, delivery status, and customer coordination to the reporting manager.
