Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

• Promote and demonstrate India Gate products to customers at the assigned D-Mart outlet.
• Engage with customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products.
• Ensure product availability and maintain proper shelf visibility, merchandising, and planogram compliance.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with store personnel to avoid stock-outs.
• Maintain product displays, POSM, and promotional materials as per brand guidelines.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with store staff and management.
• Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the reporting manager.
• Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and operational guidelines.
