Key Responsibilities 

• Supervise daily sheet metal fabrication and installation activities.
• Allocate work and monitor the performance of technicians and fabricators.
• Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Inspect finished work to maintain quality and accuracy.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and project teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned work and meet production targets.
• Monitor the availability and proper use of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Enforce workplace safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Train and guide team members on work methods and safety practices.
