Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate booking, movement, and delivery of consignments.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Prepare and maintain transport and logistics documents.
• Coordinate with drivers, branches, customers, and operations teams.
• Monitor loading and unloading activities.
• Update shipment status and maintain accurate records.
• Handle delivery-related issues and report delays or damages.
• Verify consignment details, invoices, and supporting documents.
• Support route planning and vehicle coordination.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety procedures.
• Prepare daily operational and logistics reports.
• Maintain proper communication with customers regarding shipment status.
