Key Responsibilities:

• Collect parcels and shipments from the assigned delivery hub.
• Deliver customer orders safely and on time.
• Verify customer address and order details before delivery.
• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules.
• Update delivery status through the mobile application.
• Handle Cash on Delivery (COD) payments carefully, where applicable.
• Obtain customer confirmation or proof of delivery.
• Handle parcels safely to avoid damage or loss.
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery when required.
• Report undelivered, damaged, or returned shipments to the supervisor.
• Follow traffic rules, safety guidelines, and company procedures.
• Maintain professional and polite behaviour with customers.
