Key Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and manage daily production activities.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within quality and delivery timelines.
• Optimize production processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Analyze production data and prepare daily/monthly reports.
• Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams.
• Minimize downtime and resolve production-related issues.
• Implement 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train production operators on SOPs and safety practices.
• Maintain production documentation and work instructions.
• Monitor inventory and ensure availability of production materials.
